Pros

Employees are nice but the leadership is toxic

Cons

1. All the reviews that you see here are fake. 2. This company is toxic and the founder (Ajay) will talk to you as if you are his slave 3. They will not help you grow and the projects are so dumb that it can be executed by undergrad interns.

Pros

The collaborative environment is one of the biggest strengths here. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with engineers, designers, and marketers, which has broadened my understanding of the product lifecycle. Stockgro is also committed to professional development, offering workshops and resources to enhance our skills

Cons

It can be tough to keep everyone on the same page, especially when priorities change quickly. The fast pace means you have to be flexible, but that can sometimes create a bit of chaos during product sprints.

Pros

- The creative freedom is great—there’s a lot of room to experiment with designs and make an impact, especially on branding. - The team is amazing—everyone’s collaborative and supportive, whether it’s the design team or working with marketing and devs. - Learning opportunities are good—The managers and the team encourages continuous development. - Work-life balance is decent. Yes, there are some long nights when deadlines are tight, but that’s pretty common in any design role I feel.

Cons

- The deadlines can get a bit crazy, especially when working on multiple projects at once. It can get a little stressful during crunch time. - Communication between departments could be better sometimes, which occasionally leads to delays.
