Pros
At least for the property I was at health care is covered by company.
Cons
Work life balance is none, constantly under staff and left working with less staff or alone. Manager don’t like to work more than they need to on salary and rarely help unless there job is on the line. The 3% raise is a joke, as well as you try to apply to new opening in the company doesn’t even get your resume looked, even with multiple years in the company.

Pros
Great people, growth opportunities, work-life balance. Got to work with some of the better GMs in the company but they make or break your overall job happiness. Some GMs are really hard to work with, so your experience can depend on your hotel management. Good work life balance and emphasizes internal and career growth.
Cons
Pay is low (no surprise there, its post-covid hospitality...), but the benefits and lack of flexibility make the pay harder to justify. SALES PEOPLE BEWARE - this company does not have a bonus plan that allows you to bonus realistically. Company says you can bonus up to 25% of salary, but bonus plan is so drilled down with unrealistic budgets, you'll never make more than a few hundred bucks a year. Sales has only bonused on overall hotel revenue since the pandemic, regardless of personal booking success. After a while the demotivation sets in. Corporate sales is extremely disorganized and inconstant person to person. A lack of support from the corporate team is an issue for sure, they are just out of touch with their hotels. Company does promote within, but not like they promise you will. Little bug for me also was lack of expense system. Expect employees to go out of pocket on hotel expenses, flights, other related costs (up to thousands of dollars) and have hard paper expense system that takes a couple weeks to return. I ended up refusing to expense things because of the out-of-pocket challenges. Lots of promises... conference, anniversary gifts, changed bonus structure, but were not implemented for the couple years I worked there.

Cons

Pros
Their pay scale isn't as embarrassingly low when working for a property they own and manage. When working for a property they manage for an investment company, you're expected to work multiple positions so they can save labor costs.
Cons
DO NOT work for one of their properties they manage for an investment company. They allow the outside ownership, investment company with no hotel experience to dictate the unreasonable labor costs. In order to receive a pathetic 3% annual increase, you're required to work multiple positions. Your annual increase amounts to be a pay cut based on the number of hours you'll need to put in to get the work completed.

Pros
New leadership added to the team over the last year have brought some great improvements to the culture and outlook of the company. Investments have been made in technology and supporting roles which have freed up time and bandwidth to be proactive and innovative--something which really excites me and lends to a greater sense of accomplishment. Can't wait to see what's next.
Cons
No remote work or hybrid opportunity at this time. However, the office, amenities and team are amazing. So, I don't mind that so much.

Pros
Great company to work for. Good benefits, good leaders.
Cons
Pay is not the best for a sales coordinator or reservation supervisor. The minimum wage in Denver is $19.50. As a sales coordinator I make Only $21 an hour and don’t get any holiday pay.
