Pros
I’ve been an employee with this company for a couple months and I've recently been promoted to Corporate Trainer. I can honestly say in the short amount of time I’ve been here that it has provided so much guidance, structure, and experience in my life. This career has taught me to set goals, be structured, and assess myself in the best way. Every day I’m being challenged to be a better version of myself. I really enjoy that I am not micromanaged but still held accountable for my actions.
Cons
Its a challenging and competitive environment. People are going to push you. It's to make you better, but that doesn't always mean it is easy. The fun is in the achievements. Got to work.
