      Pros

      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Environment to develop and showcase job skills Flexible hours Support and expertise always available from management Management is very open to constructive criticism Willingness to invest in employees Hard work is incentivized outside of regular pay

      Cons

      Company offers no benefits, and you will have to pay an additional city income tax to the city of Jtown, where Street Moda is located, even if you don't live there

      Pros

      Growth potential, fast pace, casual dress, ability to earn above average pay, environment is not corporate, great day time hours, everyone has a voice, company is small enough so management sees accomplishments, incentive program, management that you can actually talk to whether it be work related or not.

      Cons

      Heavy workload, but if you are a hard worker, it can be very challenging and rewarding. No health insurance. Since the company is small, there is a lot of finger pointing and blaming that brings the team down momentarily.

      Pros

      I love the teamwork that is encouraged here. Everyone is always willing to help anyone that needs it, and the positive encouragement from your coworkers is amazing. Also they make work fun, which is rare to find these days. The opportunity for growth is not only feasible, but it is easy to achieve with success-driven environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes they could be a little understaffed, in which turns to a little bit of longer hours for the current employees, but that's the price you have to pay sometimes when you work for such a rapidly growing company.
