Best part about this company that it is an equal opportunity platform and not much of an hierarchy. Great place to work, company is really very supportive in terms of professional growth. I have seen ups and downs of the company but the company never failed to fulfil my requirement.

GUYS PLEASE ALSO REFER TO THE FIRST REVIEW GIVEN BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. Worst management, salary never on time or you may not get at all or even if they give but with the unethical deductions....employees are like slaves for them...u can never expect the full salary....management and hr who's a FAKE n completely immature n has no sense of talking and don't have any discipline or manners to speak with employees/human especially after u have resigned and at the time of full and final settlement, are completely inhuman and immature. Bogus company and management. After resignation or going out of the company you can never expect the money which company owes u.. Infact they wil treat u like worse n ask you to get out on ur face like they did to me n my frnds, which no company does this kind of behaviour...my incentives based on my target which I achieved with my hard work..but still I wasn't paid.... Each month I never received my complete salary. It's completely waste of time n career if you're looking here.. ITS A TRAP! Trust me... in the end you will end up crying like a begger.... wrote this specially to expose the truth about this company.

Extremely poor management with a weak vision. The company where the management is all about only themselves and the work they do all day is to keep a tab on which employee is doing what in their personal life. Salaries are never on time and if you ask for the salary dues you are looked at as if you have committed a huge crime. Most employees have pending salary dues since 6-10 months. Ex-employees have never been paid till date. So if you quit don't think you'll ever be compensated. It's a trap! They have no creative department! No Hierarchy! No work ethics! By far the worst agency I have worked at. Absolutely lacks character in every sense & aspect.
