      Cons

      1) Need to focus on the system and procedures.Uniform and single rule for all employees is something to focus on. 2) No systems and procedures for granting permission for work from home. Some employees misusing it to the fullest. 3) 6 days working week for only production department. 4) Dependancy on 1 single customer,though with the arrival of export projects ,this has come down a bit,but need to work on this direction to reduce such Dependancy.
