    Not many other than a regular paycheque

    Cons

    Burdened by cumbersome processes - unable to be responsive Creativity is discouraged in favour of these processes Salaries are not competitive - compensation practices are outdated (annual review and rating process which is subjective) Many leader across the organization have gotten to their positions through longevity and not through any real accomplishments Rampant abuse of budgets through the sales teams Use regulatory...

    Advice to Management

    Management spend to much time and effort patting themselves on the back and spinning false successes to listen to any real advice. i really doubt Dean Connor has any idea how broken the organization is because he is never allowed to see the 'real' organization.

    toxic negative environment - not a lot of positive feedback.

    Foster a positive environment and get rid of legacy employees who have redefined the words micro-management and narcissism. Dispense the antiquated best practices and work on building the team who are qualified based on skill and not on tenure.
