      Following factors you should consider before you get Offer Letter. 1. When you get leave without prior notification (Actually you need to apply in leave form) it will be consider as an ADHOC leave - your 3 days salary will be deducted for one day. (notifying via phone or next day approval will not be consider as leave)- against employee act 2. Next day after any government holidays if you take leave without prior notification, will consider as Adhoc - your 5 days of salary will be deducted. 3. There is no team leader or Manager - you should be directly contact with COO or CEO. 4. There is 3 months notice period - acceptance will not come as quick as you think. it will take up to 3 months. after you have to serve your notice period. 5. without replacement they will not relieve you. Your replacement should have good knowledge for at least 2 months. 6. No job security. Anytime you may get termination without any proper notification. 7. There is no insurance policies in this company. Other than your salary there is no benefits. 8. HR may shower you with sweet lies before your acceptance. Don't fall for it, its a trap for you. Apart from that its up to you. 9. Cant maintain work life balance. Definitely you will forget your family. 10. Internal politics is more here. People in higher position will show dominance towards everyone. Hope you understood.

      Guys please consider my post before you go . So many people paid reimbursement to get their certificate properly. More than 2 month salary you have to pay. I heard recently one person paid nearly 1 lakh to get proper certificate. They are money lenders. They will give you salary first later they will get it back. Please don't go if you want to work professionally. You cant expect professional behavior from either hr nor management. Their HR policies are very worst. Read carefully then you decide. They have one seo team to post here good reviews. you don't need to read all reviews. simply have a conversation with someone who is working there via LinkedIn or Facebook.

      Hi all There is company at Chennai named Sunsmart Global Ltd; it’s a big fraud company It was my most unfortunate time, when I got associated and treat employee like garbage! They make false promises and mislead! They conceal facts! They have the most unprofessional, stupid way of getting things done. They have NO manners, NO leadership traits and NO Sanity They mentally, socially and emotionally harass their employee and say HIGHLY Inappropriate things to …………..employees I advice, if you ever get a call from these people, you should not go for it. Thanks

      This article was a malafied campaign ran by an unidentified resource. At sunsmart we value the employees as they are the winners for the organization. As a responsible organization, we encourage right resources and many of our resources had been working with us for long time for more than 7+ years with absolute satisfaction. We are also adjudged by Labour Department one of the very companies who complies with regulations. We request all concerned to ignore such irresponsible statements.
