    People (Sr. mgmt), you are own your own, no mentorship, too much org hierarchy, Director, GM, VP, Sr. VP, etc. Expect to be more focused on justifying your job every day than focusing on real work.

    Good pay, nice camp, newer equipment

    Cons

    Poor communication, poor employee management, benefits program is weak (had to pay consistently for basic services!), travel to and from site is on your personal time, also quesntionable expectations with having employees travel to and from site before and after shifts (staying away for 18-20 hours and driving home)
