Pros
They moved most employees to WFH when covid hit. We used to have meetings before that.
Cons
Unorganized leadership with turnover rates higher than individual contributors. Systems are very buggy confusing and not user friendly by any means and when you say something about it leaders sigh and just shrug saying they've been reporting these issues for years to IT without a solution to date. There is far too little communication both in and between departments leadership is often unaware of recent trainings or issues. Management is prone to ignore, and "lose" requests. EIG groups basically aren't for this department because of service levels.
