Pros
Wonderful salary - willing to negotiate higher pay. Bonus are pretty nice each year. Benefits are amazing - best health insurnace I've ever had. Great co - workers and fun team of people to work with. Professional atmosphere. If you work hard, promotion is always an option. Work from home is the BEST benefit too!! Over all great company!
Cons
Long hours at times. Salary employee means you put an extra hours if the the work is there, and with turn - over, that will happen.

Pros
benefits and pay that's about it
Cons
the management is unreasonable want you to bend over backwards but when something like your five month old getting sick and the fact I was diagnosed with a brain disease is unacceptable to them. they are heartless no communication within the dept every thing always hectic do not work here

Pros
willing to hire talented individuals without prior Managed Care experience. decent starting pay for people transitioning from clinical fields into Managed Care.
Cons
big box mentality. you will be a cog in the great big money making machine that is Centene (parent corp of Superior). your will not be singled out for any reason than discipline, and your contributions will not merit comment from anyone.

Pros
Pay is decent. Benefits is okay. Non - management team are really good people. You make friends and really good pot lucks
Cons
The work and mandatory overtime for this position is not worth it! There is no work to life balance . If you don't have PTO and have an emergency it's counted against you. All the supervisor are/where friends so you can't talk to one without the others knowing.
