Great benefits, annual raises and bonuses based on performance.
Cons
Very disorganized company. Working with outdated applications. No room to grow if your not a manager or directors favorite. Very unprofessional workplace. The majority of the people that work there are miserable and upper management is losing out on great employees that decide to leave because of poor management and favoritism.

They value quantity over quality, poor management, no one will ever advocate for you but yourself, the employees that work to make things better and more efficient are pushed out , management will place other employees work on you rather than holding employee accountable, , high turnover rate
