For the first time in my nursing career, by stepping away from the hospital setting I have reached a balance between by personal life and professional carer. I have a flexible schedule as long as I get my work done. I work from home 2 days per week. Also, I have great co-workers and a great manager. The salary is competitive in the mid 60K. Depending on the companies profit we get a bonus by April as long as I can prove that I have reached the goals previously discussed with my manager. You get 2 weeks off per year plus the holidays. I give a four star because in over all is a great company to work for,
The work processes are constantly changing and evolving, In one month they train you to perform a task in one way, the next month they change it and the following month they ask you to stop. Like in any other place the documentation is outrageous therefore I work an average of a 50 hrs per week. Case Managers salaried employee so we don't qualify for overtime.Continue reading
