Pros
Autonomy. Trusts their employees. No medical premiums. ESOP payments are excellent.
Cons
Company is filled with VP's, not all of them worthy of the title or the responsibility. They tend to give up on people much too soon. Very poor performance management systems - very little feedback to the employees on how well they are doing and where they need to improve.
