Lot of politics and favouritism, no extra pay for overtime.. Regular have to spend atleast 12hrs min at work.. Leaves are approved rarely, exit process is horrible, no on time provision of experience letter..

Founders and Management is fair. They are involved in almost every decision in the company so politics is less. Expectations from role are clear and usually you get enough time to deliver Mistakes are not penalised and you get fair degree of autonomy to work so overall its enjoyable to work on a day to day basis

Slow growth. Do not get clear feedback and path to growth. Role changes across functions are very rare. Poor paymaster.
