Good Company. Has number of Quality projects to be worked on. I worked for around 2 years and learned a lot. TL are very talented there so they will help you out in every scenario. Engagement activities are good

As far as i know there are very few / No cons. Work Quality is good so sometimes you need to give your 100%

I joined ST nearly in 2016. I carried an experience of nearly 2 years before joining in 2016. i worked for 3 and half year. On time Pay. you don't need to keep on chasing management for salary. It is always on or before 7th. Quality projects. The best part is all clients are international and not a single domestic clients. When i joined my communication skills were below average. But it grew day by day. Good help from TL's. I want to name a few TL's who are doing a tremendous job but stopping myself. Recently they have grown a lot in terms of work life balance. When i joined only 2 Sat offs but in 2017 they brought all Sat offs. Very Good policy of HL Intrest subsidy.

Till i was working i dint find any cons. A nice place to work.
