Pros

Suuchi is a great place to work for several reasons. I absolutely love the team spirit and the encouragement I get from both the team as well as the management. I get complete freedom to explore designs and I am trusted with my skills and appreciated all the time! Everyone at Suuchi is polite and respectful but also very preceptive to what the company needs to grow stronger-this definitely is a reflection of the foundation the company is built on and the CEO. Timelines are reasonable and briefs are on point. Suuchi makes you want to do your best!

None! I think everyone is so hardworking, passionate and doing their best and it is truly inspiring.

Working at Suuchi inc has been such a rewarding experience! The company fosters a supportive environment and pushes you to do better. There are no pros, only if you are desperate for money ( low money)

Cons

Leadership is so under qualified , screaming and yelling , everyday. The CEO is in a bubble when it comes to leading a company. They actually tell you to go on Glassdoor and write great reviews. They fire people without warning or justification. There is no room for growth. The hours are insane, they do not believe in work life balance and use the excuse that they are a " start up" to take advantage of people.
