None. There is no growth for employees.
Cons
The worst place to work. Very toxic work environment, not at all gender inclusive. Dominated by a few managers who doesn't allow women to grow. Human resource team, which is expected to be very neutral in the organisation favours only male managers. There is no mechanism to address employee's concerns. Discriminated pay scale and work environment.

Fellow colleagues were warm and peer learning was great.

Huge pay discrepancies exist. Lack of employee-friendly management during Covid. Not a great learning environment for mid-career professionals. It was okay for my one year experience. No value for personal traits because of which one does not feel associated with the organization and the attrition rate is high.
