I have been the Senior Drupal Developer at Synmeta from the past two years. Last but not the least; this firm has given a lot to me from knowledge to satisfying capital

Cons

As per my point of view, I felt like that they should decrease the increment period from 1 year to 6 months. That can embellish every employee's interests.

The profile of a Content Developer was not so easy to go with but somehow the team managerial skills let me spirit all around at SynMeta. Proud to be a part of such a decisive firm.

Cons

Increment is the element where needful needs to be accomplished. As employees have to wait for a whole long year and the raises are not even higher.
