      -Unlimited Vacation Time -Unlimited Work From Home -Hands-on management -Room for growth -Standing/Sitting desk -Office culture -Company events -Dog friendly -Cool industry -Cool Product -Set Visits -The list goes on!

      Cons

      I have yet to experience any negatives with SyncOnSet. The only thing would be that I was not accustomed to the kind of work environment they foster, but now that I am, I love it!

      Amazing product that sells itself, great people in certain departments, fun visits on real sets.

      Cons

      Micro managerial culture, does not value employees as humans, favoritism, only “one way” of doing things.

      Pros

      - Can work from home and there is no vacation cap

      Cons

      - CEO and CMO are unprofessional and unethical - C level executives spend money frivolously - Disparate treatment of certain employees -The CEO bad mouths his employees both current and former - Extremely low pay - There are favorites within the company and if you are not considered one of them, they will treat you very poorly This was literally the worst company I have ever worked for. I wish I had not accepted a job in such desperation. If you are offered a position here, think very clearly about whether or not you want to suffer PTSD from dealing with incompetent, rude, cruel managers who will make you question your self worth and intelligence. Absolutely horrendous.
