    I worked at Syncsort full-time

    Pros

    Rapidly growing company provides opportunities

    Cons

With so much M&A, there isn't much thought being put into the product portfolio. People are being overworked to the max and beyond.

    Advice to Management

Provide enough resources to not burn out employees. People want to work hard but overworking them will backfire in the long run.
