1. Tax Declaration portal are not updated . Lot of tax clause's are missing like 80EEA & 80EEB.... 2. Hikes are not good even if you top performer 3. Leave are not enough

1. Recruiters and HRs helps u smoothly in onboarding process. 2. Policies are upto date and available in portal. 3. Udemy access and training available. 4. RM gives u time and assign someone to help u in preparing client interview. 5. Good salary comparing other organization which will make you to contribute and focus on work with pride. 6. Have seen too many activities within month (in yammer) during covid. 7. 800Rs for Internet during work from home.

Cons

1.Bench policy is updated as 60 days, which am not sure what happens if some one crosses that. Atleast it should be updated as 6 months if you want to showcase job security to employees. 2. They have multiple projects but client interviewing took some time. I was selected in project after 44 days(in 2nd client interview). 3. Asset delivery took hell lot of time to me (40 days) after joining. It would be good if you provide ASAP so that employee can give interview through that.

I am working with Synechron for more than 2.5 years. Following are the Pros: - Good platform to learn by (Udemy, Option to get cerificate by externally, Inernal teams to give traning etc ) - Religious connect with Sernior fokes for all Yet to joiner so that they can clear their doubt before joining. - Fixed pay and Good salary as compared to other service based companies. - Good company and worklife balance. - Good incentive to all the panel member ( get Rs. 600 to 1000 for each interview condusted ) which is very hight in industry. - Flexible time, approachable team, good HR policy for all. - Very Good reward and recognition program. - Lot of employee engagement activit. - During the Covid, Synechron has implemented lot of good Insurance policies

Cons

- Senior folks takes the advantage of leadership names to run their own world and survive in the organization.

1. Good salary 2. Good top level leaders, they listen to you 3. Good HR and employees benifit 4. CEO has clear plan for company future

1. People in company talk about less job security, personally haven't been in such situation. 2. Group medical insurance is expensive 3. Company have asked employees to report office and work in hybrid model. No option for permanent work from home.

Pros

Good salary, insurance benefits, paternity leaves are good, you will be getting awards coupons based on your perfomance(you can get atleast once in 2 or 3 months)

Cons

If your contact finished with Client, there are chances of getting laid off fast enough. And claim all your earned leaves before keeping papers if not done than all leaves will be wasted, you will not get those leaves money in full n final settlement.
