Average Salary hike. Average Management. nepotism is there on higher level which i have closely saw this.
Cons
HIRE and Fire policy is there. If project is over then there is no bench system. HR will call you upstairs and FIRE you saying that they have budget issue. Very poor higher management skills. They are only doing business for there benefit, they can fire anyone at any point of time. Synechron will give a average package but Cautious while joining this company. Because you will be fire at any point of time. Don't Join this Company. You can also take review from other as well.

Worst ever consultancy. No Job security and no work life balance

Compensation offered are well up to market standard. Rewards and recognition for working hard.

One of the worst managers you could ever encounter in your lifetime. Very rude in talking and your opinion won't even matter. No Job security whatsoever. Hire and Fire policy. They can fire you anytime once the project is over. They usually have banking clients almost 90% and the work life is the worst for lot of the clients mostly clocking 10+ hours and Synechron managers don't care about the your opinion and agreeing to client even if the deadline is impossible to achieve. I worked there for 1.5 years and most of the people leave the organization with 6 month to 1 year only.
