    - Flat organization structure, hence difficult to grow vertical - People retention in India is about 7-10 years hence, difficult room to change profile.

    Great learning experience in Hot Tap and In Line Inspection. Good working environment and culture. Payscale is competative. Benefits to employees are better compared to other companies.
