    Atmosphere is positive and environment has lots of pride in the workspace is new similar to many tech companies in the area.

    Cons

    Various departments do not work collaboratively and this attitude comes from leadership down to management.

    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Has been one of the best places to work for many years. Teams work together like family to be stronger together for the customer. Perks and benefits are great.

    Cons

    Since the integration with Sprint, many of the original leaders who built the company to be so strong and people centric are gone, some by choice, some by company reorganization/displacement. Replaced with leaders from Sprint who didn't come on board with the same one team attitude. The overall feel is not the same, not as warm.
