      Pros

Good money when you work hard to hit goals and get your commission. That’s really it honestly. If your up for the challenge this is the way.

      Cons

There really is no work life balance even though the company preaches it. You do get over worked at times but it’s up to you to figure out your own time management. Last but not least there are a lot of people looking out for them selves and their circles. If you don’t get on board you will have people hovering over you negatively.

      Pros

Decent pay if you work in an area with low minimum wage Benefits after your 3 week training, part-time and full-time

      Cons

Non-competitive pay if you work in an area with $15/hour minimum wage Toxic work environments Constant new responsibilities with no compensation for them Awful customers Ineffective HR No route to promotions unless you're willing to work for free No work/life balance Everything is always broken Ever changing commission structure (less money every year) Will pay for your degree, but not give you a job using it once you're done and ask for all the money back if you leave the company for a job that uses your new degree
