      Cons

Mostly we depend on clients project. Require some good project which can be handled internally.

      Good For Freshers

      Pros

      1. Some employees enjoy a good work-life balance (based on the team) 2. Starting compensation is much better compared to other service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Capgemini, etc 3. Learning opportunities are there based on the team/domain you are working on 4. Freshers have a lot of leeway and for people preparing for higher studies it's a win-win situation

      Cons

      1. No uniform governance and there is a very clear disparity. While some employees get too much freedom others are overworked. 2. Many company policies are not very transparent, eg. Overtime Pay 3. Some managers micromanage a lot which leads to a restrictive work environment 4. Talent or Good performance is not appreciated properly usually, again this depends on the team and manager. 5. Lesser adoption of newer technologies, client projects declining.

An organisation growth should be measured by the attrition rate, it speaks it all.

      Pros

Every organisation comes with its own pros and cons, Employees crib about cons and neglect the indirect pros but when organisation does not work towards rectifying the cons and only highlights or sugarcoat the pros and tries to give a statement of its own, you see the headcount tumbling down. Will tumbling headcount affect the organization yes it does a lot but they never showcase and try to make a statement of being strong, you will be replaced business runs as usual. Never in any staffing industry, you get to learn end - end recruitment. • TEKsystems don't compromise on the clients they go behind, they have pretty good clients on board and most of them are tenured ones. • TEKsystems recruiting and recruitment have created the benchmark in the staffing industry, Learning recruitment vs time taken to learn is taken care by the well versed LnD team and "some" intellectual managers. • Comes with great values, such as giving back to society and PWD hiring for free of cost, promoting inclusion. • Organisation has contest trip, regular off-sites, team outings and service huddles

      Cons

      • Leadership team doesn’t know the ground reality. Leaders have implemented a lot of new things in day-to-day recruiter activities but for no use and are not implemented in a proper way. • Most of the account managers are not equipped with the latest recruiting techniques and only know for questioning, are not solution-oriented, are not aware of modern recruiting challenges, for them, the alternate sourcing strategy is changing search string in Naukri, doesn’t give space recruiters to try new because they are bound to give 2 profiles every day no matter what. • Account managers don’t have a role to play at all when there is an MSP-driven account, apart from coordinating and doing interview follow ups, all cycles are managed by recruiters. in-fact it's a learning for recruiters but they showcase its account managers did everything. there are managers who say even we were recruiters and have closed positions so don’t come up with challenges which recruiters face every day, yes you were a couple of years of back and it was a totally different game and didn’t have so much of process. • Yes there will be loopholes in each and every organization, but people who make us of loopholes are the ones benefited. Recruiters will be bound to go along with loopholes if the organization/ managers back them. Please don’t say your perfect with all loopholes which are so visible. • there is a data entry tool, which squeezes the energy out, you gotta do data entry job whenever a candidate is qualified and should write the descriptive answer for 32 questions with a min of 500-800 words, the irony is there are teams who don’t even care to write and leave all tabs blank, and some teams are very strict even with spelling mistakes and both end up doing same offers and generate same revenue give the no of recruiters working for them. • Micromanagement is next level, daily call trackers, how many calls you have made, WFH has made it worst, there are teams which has micromanagement to level which is so low level and i don't wont to write them and there are managers who ask every hour report saying how many calls you have made. I agree these per hour report is for people who fail to make submissions and offers but you forget that making these reports takes 15-20 mins every hour and spends 2-3 hours of your productive time in reporting. • and whether you place a candidate or not, you will be assigned 20-25 technical employees to take care of and call one person every single day and ask the same set of questions and do data entry on both tool and mail. yes you are informative from these and business but in spite of these RQ's will be open for ages and will not even know the actual business challenge of hiring. • forget about work-life balance, recruiters have almost 0, there exists a manager who even calls female recruiters late-night asking for an update and you are a good recruiter if you work on the weekend and leave late to home. • But most of the account managers only have life and no work, "Netflix and chill" literally exist with most of them during working hours- especially during this Work from home. • Criminals are treated better in prisons but not you when you resign and start serving NP, "every resignation of the tenured recruiter is a failure of manager or leader", but know its project as a failure of the recruiter. • 9 hours of work timings, 30 mins for a call with the technical employee, 2-3 hours of "Redzone + huddle", 45 mins of lunch break, 1 hour for video discussion with already qualified candidates, 30 mins for daily coronations, 1 + hour of data entry. and left with 2 hours for calling candidates and yet expect to qualify a superstar. Yes, it can happen if these 2 hours of RedZone are filled with learning and working on strategies, but RedZone is there to accuse recruiters and you need that 30 mins of buffer to come out of it. level, and they just become leadership talks.

      Pros

-timely salary every month -learning lot of recruitment process

      Cons

-Less salary than market standards -less salary, less resources but more work, more expectations -they never used to hire more recruiters instead they used to make small group of recruiters(15-20) work like MACHINES. -TOO MUCH EXPECTATIONS from managers/leads and most of the times it were UNREALISTIC -MICROMANAGEMENT is at high level, They treat you like school children. -managers always asked for their version of PERFECT CONVERSATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION about candidates. they are NEVER SATISFIED -you can't take leave even if you are not well...i was denied a leave when i asked for it. the leave was granted only if you are hospitalized -Unnecessary redzone meetings, you don't need more than 1 redzone meetings in a day -redzone meetings are like POLICE INTERROGATIONS, they ask you stupid, senseless questions about candidates. -extended huddles sometimes, they have 5.30pm huddle sessions which never used to finishes on time, it used to go till 6.45 even 7pm sometimes. -more than 8 hrs of work, most of times we had to work for over 11 hrs in a day because of more requirements -managers expect us to work like MACHINES, they put a lot of stress on us and say THAT'S HOW YOU GROW. -they have a whatsapp group in which they message 24/7, sometimes we were asked to call candidates at 10 pm in the night...so basically even after you are done for the day, you are expected to be active on the group till night/till you go to sleep. -Sometimes working on weekends...sometimes on public holidays but they never paid you for extra time or for working on weekends/holidays. -the work environment was very bad here...it used to TAKE A MENTAL TOLL -pathetic work life balance...managers used to give advice about balancing work & personal life VERBALLY but never used to FOLLOW. - we were even asked to post GOOD REVIEWS about the company on glassdoor and increase it's ratings. -no one stays with this company for a long time, I saw several recruiters leaving during pre & post covid period.
