work life balance salary but now other companies are paying better salaries. My advice, pick an offer from TIBCO and hunt for other offers for another 20 to 40% hike

Variable Pay issues. You will be stuck in a project and cannot come out especially if you are a part of Integration Competency. Competency head does not care about anyone apart from his favourites. You will be asked to do trivial work even as a senior person. Many senior employees are looking for jobs. High resignation. Poor appraisal giving excuse of Covid.
