      Good for newbie & who wants a stable job

      Pros

      - Variety projects & departments. - Flexible working hours, on-site chances, bonuses.

      Cons

      - Lack of technical experts. - Show off and fool customers. - So many useless/lazy employees & managers, low product quality. - PA rating is not depending on your effort during the year.

      Good for new grad - Bad for experienced people

      Pros

      Very flexible time, many new techs to learn. Easy to move from one project to another project.

      Cons

      Have to work OT to complete tasks but no OT salary. Bad management: Put too many investment in one person. Experienced people usually have to handle fresher's tasks. Benefits not attractive.

      Cons

      - Salary is a bit low compared to the general level - Insurance is paid at a level equal to the regional basic salary prescribed by the Vietnamese government - Unpaid intern - Depending on the position, there is no formal training - Recruits a lot of interns
