    for mannual its a good company not for automation purpose

    But Job security is very good, no lay off nothing

    Cons

    People are lazy we cannot learn new applications ,and very very less hike and more politics are there .

    Kindly upgrade yourself first. Still need to be improved. No proper shift timings. No proper crediting of pay. This company still looks being in stone age. Worst management i"ve seen ever.

    Pros

    You face challenges every day which helps you learn new things constantly.
    Amazing mentors to guide you and teach a lot of stuff.

    Cons

    The working hours are very difficult. You'll have to stay past shift hours and no OT is provided.
    You can get stressed easily.
    People are trying to reduce manpower when manpower needs to be increased.
    The try to get cheap labour for a heap lot of work.

    Advice to Management

    Please make sure your employees are happy. You push them too much, and they just might crack. Don't expect them to work if they don't get what they deserve.
