      Pros

      The company environment is very good as well as Job Security The team members are approachable ,Skill Developmented I believe I can make a positive impact here. I think this job would be a good stepping stone.

        The atmosphere in each company is not directly related to the company’s culture but the vicious lead manager who handle the floor. People lose interest and start working with self-fish mentality to secure their places rather than pushing and putting extra effort for the company which is capable at their end. As employees, we have lost complete interest and motivation in working due to leads who don’t set the right example. With great frustration and being highly demotivated we share this feedback about the lead manager who is causing impact for all, and this is being voiced by many within the floors as well with no change or effect. • Unparliamentary words are used in the meeting and insulting all individuals in call. (Words such as to pluck what (in Tamil) is commonly used in meetings. • Support is extended only to female leads. Hoping he opens his eyes as sees all managers are in fact putting efforts. Discrimination towards other employees and managers. • Company will provide cabin when your time comes. Would be the cheapest thing to do by hijacking meeting rooms and creating your own cabin and trespassing other members calls who come to attend their meeting. Please follow the floor rules, applicable for all employees. (Otherwise don’t call us to office for taking meetings) • For him understanding concepts he tortures peoples/leads to speak for hours in the meeting, so he learns the basics. • He dominates leads/people and provides growth only once they are his slaves and provides only his version to the management. No corporate work ethics and shows attitude with junior leads and employees in the floor. • Bonding that he creates so often spending money is to ensure they become his slaves in future to do his tasks. As this is an anonymous post and we would keep the individual involved anonymous. We don’t have the guts to revel ourself as we would want to continue in the company. The intend is not to single out anyone but to ensure that attitude is changed. The individual cannot be touched directly as he has been disguising and hiding himself under one of the strongest and most respected head in the company. Hoping he changes himself as that is the goal within the next 3 to 6 months as i refrain from sharing any chats, screenshots, recordings considering there will be improvement within the above mentioned time period. We do not have the guts to be heard within the company, but these feedback are nothing but the truth about the biased attitude that the person shows. Hoping current efficient HR looks into these genuine issues and takes required step as we cannot voice this directly. He usually provides his unnecessary opinion for all, just reducing the team interest and increasing attrition level.... #TNQTech #Cunningheads #BadBoss #Selfishleads #TNQ
