      I worked at TVS Motor Company for less than a year

      Pros

      Opportunities for hands-on experience are plenty. Very good learning atmosphere. TQM followed in almost all the activities carried out in the company. An entire campus fully dedicated for quality and leadership development. Extremely clean and well maintained manufacturing plants and offices.

      Cons

      The amount of help u get in the due course of your project depends on your guide. There are a few nerdy ones who expect you to do all the work and will not give any input until the very end. Illogical rules. No mobiles allowed. Alternate Saturdays are working.

      Advice to Management

      Make sure the guides assigned to the interns have a rough idea as to how to go about the project. More importantly, please confirm that the guide is interested in and have the time and patience to work with the intern. This was completely missing in my guide.
