It's a very good place to be if you're joining in the software team. The work culture is amazing and you'll be trusted with your projects, you'll get very good ownership of your work. And also some of the employees working here are really smart, so you'll tell that you're in the right place

- Technical and management teams are very supportive - Follow scrum and agile management - Weekly technical sessions where we get to learn particular topics from other team members - Great leadership. You get to interact with the leaders all the time and new ideas are very much entertained. - Friday meetings usually end with a small and fun informal session.

Honestly not much I can think of. Just be ready for a steep learning curve!
