Poor work culture in Presales

My experience is based on Presales work environment in Tata communications. Solution Architecture Presales is one of the worst career experience I had in my 10 year long career. Presales Senior management is not at all employee centric but only work centric. There is no work life balance. Intentionally everyone is burdened with work to save cost. Solution architects are being pressurized , intentionally fear is being created because the seniors think thats how they can make a person work better, they don't understand what motivation means.

HR has created a system wherein employees can rate their manager or provide feedback at the end of the year. the system is very transparent and feedback is being taken seriously. Internal IJP system is great
