There are tons: 1. Worst payer 2. Company is filled with politics 3. No matter how much they vent but they dont care for their employees 4. Boot lickers in top and middle management 5. No career growth. People dont get promoted even in 7 years 6. No learning. They dont work on any new technology. Its an old company run by old people. One senior once shared in a Training at Tata Power: 'As an employee of Tata Power, if you want to grow in your career you will have to leave the organization' Attrition rate is really high. 65 people joined with me as GETs and 60 of them left the company in a couple of years. Dont make any mistake of joining this pathetic organization.
