      Pros

      They claim you can use this as a way for CPAs to supplement their income.

      Cons

      It seems they have too many CPAs for the amount of clients they have. Therefore, there's never jobs available to pickup. Their solution is to tell you to have the job opportunities page open at all time.

      Pros

      Totally unallowed activities Firm is required to have an EFIN to hire out CPAs. Claim to have a 4000 Licensed accountants. Ask for the list.

      Cons

      Firm thinks they do not have employees all independent contractors. This could be interesting.

      Pros

      It was alright at the beginning, overall the team and my direct manager were great and supportive.

      Cons

      Constant grinding, unpaid overtime, layoffs without notice, no respect for personal time, no transparency about anything that's happening.
