    Great teams, lots of learning, good policies for employees, Amazing culture, good pay

    Cons

    I couldn't think of much. A small people problem - TFI has a variety of people and values opinions, and sometimes that can cause delay or inefficiency in even small decisions.

    -Autonomy in how you handle issues at hand to solve problems within and outside classrooms. -Numerous support structures to help you leverage others in your pursuit. -Multiple learning spaces to find out about your biases, inclinations, blind spots and habits and to work upon them.

    -A lot of unpredictability during school hours. -Work life balance could be an issue for some.

    1. Fellowship model is powerful 2. Autonomy at work place 3. Informal relations

    Cons

    1. No long-term trajectory 2. Senior leadership (especially the CEO) doesn't follow any values and sets a terrible example for other employees in the team. 3. No work-life balance 4. Extremely unprofessional environment.
