Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Teach For India full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
-Work from home -Decent salary as compared to other non-profits
Cons
-Elitism -Incompetent managers (except a very few) -Biased promotions & hiring system -Takes a toll on your physical & mental well being -Toxic work culture -Unlike the Fellowship that does provide excellent exposure for 2 years, staff roles make you sick. Limited/ no exposure, too many restrictions & unnecessary structures that have no meaning. -Even if you're the best performer on the team, you may lose your job easily. Schmoozing at work is all that matters. They don't care about the actual work.
