I am an FTE (Full Time Employee) at Tech Prescient. 1. Tech Prescient is growing at a fast pace, thereby creating ample project opportunities 2. As the company is still in nascent stage there are opporunities to grow with the company 3. work experience in latest cutting edge technologies for product developement 4. co-workers are supportive and fun to work with 5. Amit Arole, CEO and founder is an exuberant personality and very understanding in nature. He is easily rechable for any sort of employee queries 6. Roles for each person in the team/organization are prscisely defined and hence employees exactly know what is expected of them 7. Last but not the least, flexibility to work from office or home :)

Cons

Personally, I feel working from office is fun but not many people turn up in the office unless it is a planned event.

Not much but the company is working on HR policies and appraisal methods, hoping it would be streamlined by the next year.

- Great company culture - Management is very approachable and supportive. I've never felt like I couldn't speak up if I had an issue or concern, and they're always willing to listen and work with me to find a solution. - The company focus on employee development and growth. There are always opportunities to take on new challenges and learn new skills, and the company provides plenty of resources to support career advancement.

You will get scolded and expect rude behavior sometimes from management if you make some mistakes.

Tech Prescient has a great ecosystem in terms of management dynamics, team culture, business processes, cutting-edge technologies and superlative talents. A culture of constant collaboration is what keeps the company going from one milestone to the next in a relentless manner. The various projects provide a progressive platform to expand one's skill set beyond the limited paradigm of a job description.

Cons

Instead of using the term cons, I would say there is always scope for improvement in terms of building a great knowledge base that is accessible to both old employees and newcomers. A tangible knowledge base will surely cement the position of the company further in terms of its thought leadership, technical know-how, business management skills, etc.

Pros

It is cool place to work. Lots of new opportunities are there. All members are co-operative and supportive in nature. No issue with working hours. Company always welcome to new ideas.

Sometime the work load is more.
