Pros
Great commission structure! You really feel like part of the growth with a lot of developmental collaborative sessions. The environment is very work hard-play hard. Great people!
Cons
Limited benefits of a startup. Ever-changing work environment. You have to be quick on your feet as the world of small business can change on a dime.

Pros
TCS offers a collaborative work environment where all ideas are welcomed and encouraged. They believe in the "work hard, play hard" mentality and that's reflected in the "think tank" room through ping pong, Galaga, Pacman, and more! Great place to work!
Cons
Still in the start-up phase which requires a lot of flexibility to shift on a dime. I love it, but it isn't for everyone!
