Moderate attitude of managemnt for pursuing self improvement trainings etc. Flexible on reporting hours at office. dont bother much on weekends / off days. Part of TECHNIP Group.

Very little to gain in a Very unprofessional environment. Highest & Senior Management just looks for scapegoats when things go wrong and are incapable of leading from the front and taking ownership of even the basic decisions esp. Technical.

Some very bright individuals within engineering department.

Culture of accidental managers that are time served with no leadership or management skills. No safety or quality culture demonstrated from the top. Empire building departments with duplication of effort and subsequent double standards. Senior management unwilling to listen to good advice to improve the business. "Firefighting" when things go wrong is applauded rather than making sure things don't go on "fire" in the first place. Easier to fix repeating mistakes than avoid them in the first place. Frustration at blatant examples of nepotism and buddy-ism.

Some really good people. A good place to work when things are going well. Good technical expertise

Some Senior management more interested in political game playing than managing the business. Nepotism and back stabbing is rife in certain areas

(pre-TechnipFMC) Was a top heavy organization. Constant battles within global senior management and at times complete refusal to comply to companies SOP's which conveyed a poor message; fostering internal conflict/chaos and combative client communication/ resolution. Failure to comply to contractual agreements and focused on constructing loop holes vs fulfilling on time deliverables. Zero to negative company cultural behavior along with communications to those employees fulfilling/exceeding contractual/ project specifications and fulfillment.

Nothing to mention here, if you are going to join this company then make sure you are local resident or start looking for another job the day when you join. If you know how to play and buttering to your manager then this is a perfect place for you. No need to be expert in your job just be expert in buttering and allegation.

1) Totally unprofessional environment, with no help for new employee (Encouraged by deptt and senior management) 2)Incompetent senior management with unrealistic targets and pressurizing employees to convert without providing any ample time for setting in. 3)Does not provide any training for new employees : Mentor is always busy and they never help you, but they do reporting for your work. 4)Losing business, leading to termination and throwing of foreign employees without any valid reason. 5) Upper management is biased for foreign workers. Manager favours his guy and assigns good and challenging task to them. 6) Please remove your value tag " Trusting the team" and write "We favour only our favourites".

Little to no growth potential, unless you have been there for 10 plus years. Very heavy on senior management roles

All you need is a little motivation and you can outperform many of the other employees and get yourself noticed.

VERY relaxed environment. There seems to be a complete loss of overview. Employees drink tea and chit chat. Deadlines are not met because of this, which stresses out senior management.
