As in the EPC Business, sometimes the client can get very demanding which may result in a poor Work life balance. In addition if you working on multiple projects together, and with international teams from France, then you may have to stay up late or get up early for video calls. However this is very common in this industry and hereby it is an amazing company still to work for.
