I regret to say that my experience with Techno Exponent has been nothing short of disappointing. I have repeatedly encountered issues with late and incorrect payments. It is disheartening to work diligently and not receive the compensation I rightfully earned. Moreover, the unprofessional behavior I have witnessed from certain individuals has been both shocking and demoralizing. I strongly advise prospective employees and business partners to carefully consider these concerns before engaging with Techno Exponent.

Good Peers. Good knowledge about industry if you are willing to learn on your own Sabyasachi Saha is good and can teach you a lot.

Cons

Poor Manager. (If Ankit Bose if your manager, God save you!) Poor HR support as the team is completely dependent on CEO and founder. No scope to grow and learn. No prior information about KRA changes. No time management. I worked for 10-12 hours and took meetings beyond my office hours without any extra compensation. No Yearly bonus. No Puja bonus. Much problem with leave structure. No Hybrid work policy. Stupid Dressing code rules for Women. Unnecessary Politics.

This is a scam company, they don't even have proper infrastructure , they will make you work till 31st of the month, and then on 1st they will ask you not come anymore, and also never give salary, if you ask for salary they will say you are harrassing them. It's a complete scam company already complaint to various places, hopefully they will shutdown by this month
