Micromanaging. HR no capability to address new policy but forces you to sign the agreement. Failure to understand employees needs and problems.
No increment / promotion / career advancement
During my time there, noticed that some colleague are placed back to probation or even fired for failing to meet unreasonable targets/expectation of the company.
