TBI is one of the best companies I have ever worked for in my career. The people are, hands down, some of the most kind, genuine, and welcoming individuals you’ll have the opportunity to work side-by-side with. New ideas are encouraged at all levels. They conduct quarterly pulse surveys so we can submit our feedback to continue to make our organization a great place to work. The benefits and time off packages they offer are truly outstanding. You can tell they really care for the employee’s well-being here. They offer hybrid schedules for the employees in the Chicagoland area, which is perfect for my family and me. I’ve received nothing but support from my manager, and he’s put me on a path to hit my career goals and grow to the next level. I’m very grateful to be part of the TBI community.

Having more specific company goals to tie into our department and individual goals would be nice. No other complaints here!

I have been with the company for 4+ years, and I continue to be proud to work for an organization that empowers employees to reach high potentials. The company is invested in employee growth and has developed resources to help employees evolve in their professional and even personal development. Resources include, managing mentee and motorship relationships, the leadership development program which covers fundamentals that enable managers and leaders to be successful coaches who lead by example, and the resonate committee focusing on DEI and promoting a respectful and inclusive culture, just to name a few

There's a lot here! Great workplace culture, flexibility, career pathing and more! I've been lucky to be a part of a team that values me for who I am and supports me throughout my professional journey here.

With it being a 200ish person company, there is going to be some bottlenecks in processes. That said, communication overall is very positive between teams. Compensation could be better in some teams, but not all.

TBI is an amazing place to work. I have had the ability to grow within the company and be challenged. Leadership is very helpful and listens to their employees. TBI wants to see individuals move on up and offers promotions when deserved.

I would like to work from home full time instead of a hybrid model.
