I have only been with TBI for a year but from the beginning I noticed a group of talented individuals who are passionate, dedicated and believe in the company and what they do. My immediate team is amazing, on so many levels, they are professional and extremely knowledgeable but at the same time make my days here fun and something to look forward to. I cant honestly say that my manager truly cares about my personal growth, I am encouraged to push myself, be creative and am trusted to independently work on projects that can impact the company. TBI cares a great deal about company culture and focuses on employee engagement and work life balance. Aside from great benefits, including a generous time off policy, we have a number of company perks, like monthly company breakfast, team building events and out the box spirit day events that keep employees engaged, there is something for everyone to get excited about! The steady growth of the company and motivation from leadership, including our President, is unique and truly inspiring. I feel blessed to be part of the TBI team.

TBI has a fantastic company culture, and strives to keep their workers happy. There is very much an 'open door' policy with everyone (including the higher level execs) to ask questions, or just catch up on each other's lives. TBI also offers their employees lots of benefits. Such benefits include the TBI Fit program, a monthly all company breakfast, a Journey Points Reward program, and more. I feel very at home working here, and plan to continue to grow my career with TBI.

Great company culture Management DOES listen to the employees Room for advancement Great company to work for The comment from the former employee on 1/17/18 is obviously an angry attempt to steer people away from TBI. That would be a mistake for anyone looking for a great company to work for! You can’t make everyone happy. One bad apple as the saying goes.

Overall company culture and environment are great for young, hardworking, and driven professionals with ambitious long-term career goals - especially within the new and emerging technologies market.

The learning curve - surrounding all the new technologies TBI focuses on - can be an obstacle, but the University of TBI and the entire training department help greatly!!

The office is on the 4th floor so if I choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator I get winded.
