I have only been with TBI for a year but from the beginning I noticed a group of talented individuals who are passionate, dedicated and believe in the company and what they do. My immediate team is amazing, on so many levels, they are professional and extremely knowledgeable but at the same time make my days here fun and something to look forward to. I cant honestly say that my manager truly cares about my personal growth, I am encouraged to push myself, be creative and am trusted to independently work on projects that can impact the company. TBI cares a great deal about company culture and focuses on employee engagement and work life balance. Aside from great benefits, including a generous time off policy, we have a number of company perks, like monthly company breakfast, team building events and out the box spirit day events that keep employees engaged, there is something for everyone to get excited about! The steady growth of the company and motivation from leadership, including our President, is unique and truly inspiring. I feel blessed to be part of the TBI team.

None. I only left because I wanted out of the corporate world.

Great Company full of opportunity for those willing to invest the time and work hard for their goals. There are fantastic programs from HR and the executive team, good compensation potential, and great benefits.

Like any growing organization, there are growing pains and nothing can ever be perfect. As we continue to evolve, we will also continue to improve and make TBI one of the best places to work.

Pros

Great benefits in additional to the standard health & dental, generous 401K match and great people at all levels in their careers. Upper management cares about the employees and try to find new ways to keep employees engaged. It's great to come to work everyday and to be surrounded by great minds and motivated & hard-working co-workers.

Cons

Despite being around for over 20 years, TBI is still growing and there will be some growing pains.

Pros

TBI provides a great work environment for the employees, great benefits and team atmosphere. There is always team events & activities on a monthly basis. I've personally worked here for 4 years and what I've learned is what you put into your TBI career is what you get out of it and I can honestly say, I've enjoyed my TBI experience thus far.

Great opportunity for growth. They truly do promote from within. If you put in the time and effort you will get noticed. Great benefits as well!
