Three years in and I'm still learning everyday. The organization is on the bleeding edge of technology and it's fun. We work hard, everyone is helpful, none of the team interaction is forced.

TBI Inc. is a growing company with a lot of new and exciting opportunities for it's team members. They like to bring on new hires with different backgrounds to add new perspectives and ideas to the table to help the company develop. If you come to work, have a great attitude, and work hard, you will get recognized which is a major perk of being apart of the TBI family. Upper management is accessible to the more entry level employees which is rare for a lot of organizations. They truly care about the employees and the overall success of the team. Recently, they have added new wellness programs and healthy snack options in the break room which just goes to show the company wants to improve the employee experience. I'm very lucky to be apart of this team!

When you have a growing company there will be some growing pains which can be a challenge. I think TBI has handled the growth as best as they can and they're still continuing to improve each day.

Great Company full of opportunity for those willing to invest the time and work hard for their goals. There are fantastic programs from HR and the executive team, good compensation potential, and great benefits.

The company is scaling fast. With rapid changes come growing pains. This may be disruptive for those seeking a repeatable routine. You have to be prepared to take ownership and not wait for instruction.

Great benefits in additional to the standard health & dental, generous 401K match and great people at all levels in their careers. Upper management cares about the employees and try to find new ways to keep employees engaged. It's great to come to work everyday and to be surrounded by great minds and motivated & hard-working co-workers.

TBI is a great company to work for and work with. Since opening in Beaverton in 2018, we have seen major growth and have always had great support from the company.
