Pros

The atmosphere is great. The people who I work around are great. The perks are great. The work is honestly easy and if you’re not afraid to lose or be embarrassed sometimes, then this will be a breeze. The benefits are beneficial to say the least. And there’s a lot of emphasis on “room to grow” but I guess we will see who grows were. The office is clean and accommodating. Lots of support and helpful people around for the most part. The only issues I have had have been outside of my department.

Cons

The HR department is pretty garbage. They're “clique-y” and sort of unhelpful. One in particular is substantially horrible. Not quite sure what her issue is but the way she handles situations have been very un-HR. I think TBI could do better training on how the HR department handles ALL employees and not just the one the girls like or don’t like. Who do you call when HR is the issue? And I have heard multiple stories about this one girl that works HR in particular. I hope she heals whatever’s inside of her that makes her so unreasonable.

Pros

TBI is probably one of best companies I've worked for throughout my career. The company has a very strong culture and plenty of opportunities for growth with hard work and initiative while having fun!

Cons

TBI is on a path to STRONG success. Sometimes to get there, hard decisions are required that may not bode well with certain folks leaving the business. Change is constant as we all know and I think TBI has the best interest at heart for all employees while making tough decisions.

Pros

TBI Inc. is a growing company with a lot of new and exciting opportunities for it's team members. They like to bring on new hires with different backgrounds to add new perspectives and ideas to the table to help the company develop. If you come to work, have a great attitude, and work hard, you will get recognized which is a major perk of being apart of the TBI family. Upper management is accessible to the more entry level employees which is rare for a lot of organizations. They truly care about the employees and the overall success of the team. Recently, they have added new wellness programs and healthy snack options in the break room which just goes to show the company wants to improve the employee experience. I'm very lucky to be apart of this team!

Cons

When you have a growing company there will be some growing pains which can be a challenge. I think TBI has handled the growth as best as they can and they're still continuing to improve each day.
