Telstra Employee Reviews about "red tape"

Hi Folks, I have 7+ yrs of exp, I recently cleared interview rounds of cognizant, and in final HR discussion round HR told me about salary breakup of the ctc and my date of joining that he will mention on offer letter and asked me to fill a CDF form, where I gave details about my past employment details. Then HR called me and said that my current org Telstra and some other org is in audit failed category of Cognizant, hence he said they can't provide me this offer.Inever heard of this before.

I have recently got an opportunity in TCS as an IT Project Manger Infrastructure, with a 30% hike. The job needs me to shift to Pune I am presently working in Telstra as Project specialist and have the opportunity of hybrid working. Which was allowing me to work from anywhere. Will it be a wise decision to join TCS looking at my current facility from my present company. Also if requested does TCS hr allows an initial grace period of 6 months to work from anywhere and then join office.
