4+ employees left ATE group w/in months (Big problems with existing manager)

Great co-workers, very nice and helpful. Great HR department.
Cons
Terrible work life balance culture, manager will expect that you come in early and stay until 6:30PM-7:00PM everyday as new employee. Will be forced to work most Saturdays, the manager will tell you that he needs you to put in more time on a project even if you have all your assignments completed and have met time lines. Manger offers no guidance at all for new employees and does not even instruct any present engineers to help or work with to get hang of work there, but they are all very helpful if asked questions to but if manager see this he will be very upset and may write you up for it. Was told by manager to not ask any questions and to answer all questions by reading through a manual about any one project, this was almost impossible given the questions I had and overall very poor training that manager offers. If you do not choose to work many hours during the week 10+ hrs and work most Saturdays that manager will go and write you up on made up accusations (i.e. performance etc.) even if all work is done in a timely manner. Manager once told my to throw all my notes in the garabage and they will not help my in the learing process, this was very strange to me and most likely this manager is not looking for new people to succeed and make them not want to work at Testek. 4+ ATE employees have left the company w/in months of working for this manager (this should say it all right there). Very diffuclt to work for ATE manager, aviod at all costs.
